There is one real rock placed among my modelling clay rocks. This sculptural clay painting is framed in a deep shadow box.

Completed from my reference photographs taken north of Masset on Haida Gwaii on the agate beach. There are three real rocks from the beach hidden among my clay stones.

This painting was in the Open Channels/passages communicants exhibition at the Canada Council for the Arts art space, Âjagemô from Jun. 2019 to Jan. 2020. This painting was also exhibited at the 2020 German Book Fair.
