Sculptural clay painting of a door I photographed in France. Framed in a shadow box, the door has 4 inches of physical depth.

All of my door paintings have had a sculpted plant added in. It started because I was amazed to see at all the plants we keep as houseplants in Canada living outdoors in France!

Do you have a favorite door you would like captured in a sculptural clay painting? I love to recreate ornate doors in clay.
