Reference photographs were taken on a hike on the Lil Creek Trail in Tombstone Territorial Park, July 2019. The amazing interpretive staff took me on an evening hike under the midnight sun, while I was the artist in residence in the Tombstone Park campground.

A framed sculptural painting that has four real Tombstone Park rocks and two pieces of found plastic (from the hiking trails) hidden in my clay. The light blue and maroon rocks of the creek were unbelievable to me me, so I had to recreate them in clay.
